Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of food, wellness, and personal care products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Incorrect item delivered
- Defective or leaked product
- Expired product received
To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Change of mind or personal preference
Refund Process
Once the returned product is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through:

Replacement Policy

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
